Linearni na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja temelji na vzro\u010dnosti, medtem ko se kro\u017eno razmi\u0161ljanje osredoto\u010da na identifikacijo in analizo ponavljajo\u010dih se vzorcev, kjer en dogodek logi\u010dno vodi v drugega. Vendar pa lahko ti pristopi omejijo na\u0161e razumevanje kompleksne in medsebojno povezane narave organizacij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri Insightful3 zagovarjamo sistemski pristop, ki obravnava to, kar vidimo, sli\u0161imo, \u010dutimo in mislimo, kot integralne dele celote.
